Level One 

Course Description:

This course establishes the foundation for every Junior CEO. Students learn how to lead themselves by developing the right mindset, building disciplined habits, and strengthening emotional awareness. Through reflection, challenges, and real-life conversations, they begin shaping the confidence, character, and leadership mindset needed to grow, make wise decisions, and lead — in school, in business, and in life.

Level Two

Course Description:

In this course, students strengthen their voice and learn how to communicate with confidence. From introducing themselves and sharing ideas to speaking on stage or in interviews, they develop skills in body language, storytelling, networking, and public speaking. It’s not just about talking — it’s about learning how to express ideas clearly and be heard as a leader.

Level Three

Course Description:

This course is the launch phase of the Junior CEO journey. Students turn their ideas into real products, begin shaping a brand that reflects who they are, and prepare for their first pop-up shop or business showcase. From brainstorming and planning to presenting their work, students move from vision to action — learning what it means to build and represent their brand with confidence.

Workshop Description

This workshop helps participants develop the confidence to communicate clearly and speak with purpose. Participants learn simple techniques to manage nerves, organize their thoughts, and structure a message that connects with an audience.

Workshop Description

This hands-on workshop turns vendor preparation into a real business experience for aspiring entrepreneurs of all ages. Participants learn how to choose products, price with intention, and design a display that represents their brand and attracts customers.

The workshop also focuses on the skills needed to interact with customers and present a business with confidence. Participants practice sales conversations, customer greetings, and presenting their ideas professionally while preparing for real vendor or pop-up events.

Workshop Description 

This workshop explores what happens when life, pressure, and responsibility collide. Through honest conversation and real-life perspective, we look at burnout, emotional awareness, and the mental weight that often comes from trying to manage everything at once.

Participants also examine patterns many people experience but may not recognize in the moment, including gaslighting, love bombing, manipulation, and narcissistic behavior. The focus is on developing emotional intelligence, stronger boundaries, and the clarity needed to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.
